Zygomatic Implants
Full-arch implants when severe bone loss rules out standard implants.

Have you been told you don't have enough bone for dental implants? Zygomatic implants may still make a fixed, full-arch smile possible — often without bone grafting.
Rather than anchoring in the upper jaw, zygomatic implants anchor into the dense cheekbone (zygoma), creating a strong foundation even when the upper jaw has significant bone loss.
When zygomatic implants are the answer
Long-term denture wear, gum disease, or failed grafts can leave the upper jaw without enough bone for conventional implants. Zygomatic implants bypass that problem entirely by anchoring in the cheekbone.
It's an advanced surgical technique, performed in-house under IV sedation by our surgical team.
- Fixed teeth when standard implants aren't possible
- Often avoids the need for extensive bone grafting
- A strong, immediate foundation in dense bone
- A path forward for patients told 'no' elsewhere
