Bone Grafting & Sinus Lift
Rebuilding the foundation so implants become possible.

When the jaw has lost bone — from missing teeth, gum disease, or long-term denture wear — there may not be enough support for an implant. Bone grafting rebuilds that foundation so implant treatment becomes possible and predictable.
Both bone grafting and sinus lifts are routine, well-tolerated procedures, planned with 3D imaging and performed in-house.
Bone grafting vs. sinus lift
A bone graft adds volume where bone has been lost, creating a stable base for an implant. A sinus lift is a specific graft in the upper back jaw that gently raises the sinus floor and adds bone where the upper molars once were.
We'll recommend whichever is needed — sometimes both — as part of your overall implant plan.
- Makes implants possible where bone is too thin
- Planned precisely with a 3D CBCT scan
- Performed in-house, often alongside other treatment
- Comfortable, with sedation available
The treatment process
- 01
3D imaging
A CBCT scan shows exactly where bone is needed and how much.
- 02
Grafting procedure
Graft material is placed to rebuild the area, comfortably under local anesthetic or sedation.
- 03
Healing
The graft integrates over a few months, creating a solid foundation.
- 04
Implant placement
Once healed, your implant is placed into the rebuilt bone.
